Good DBH tape
I am hoping this one lasts better than the metal tape one I had that stopped working. Generally these are pretty good tapes although I am not a professional Forester so I'm not using it heavily.

Tape works well, easy to read and the hook grabs the bark of a tree very well making this a one person operation.

the hook will not stay hooked on the outside
Great D-tape, have used this particular one for years. Durable and rolls up easily. The only downside is the hook on the end will not stay hooked on to the case. Keep this thing in your pocket.. I have made many angry grunts walking through brush and getting that hook caught on something.
