Love this!
I love this. It’s easy to use and clean. I’m ordering another one for my daughter!

Small dumplings only!
This product is definitely made for very small dumplings. Unfortunately, this isn’t the product if you’re working with different fillers and sizes. I am not sure of its durability for long term use. It has good reviews, but for me, it won’t work as hoped.

Works great
This thing works pretty good! I can make a ton of ravioli or wontons in no time. I had success from the start but now that I’ve used it a few times it works even more gooder!🤣 I like thin dough and I’m guilty of always overstuffing. I can dial up my over stuffed ravioli and wontons no problem. I lightly wipe a little avocado oil on it to keep it slamming the dough through without sticking. Wet the edges of your dough to get a great seal. Makes pretty little ravioli or wontons in.

Bad execution (good idea)
Does not work. To flimsy and outer edges has no hinge so does not press the edges correctly. Modified with screws and rubber band, but still painful to use. Just get manual metal folding wonton makers. Faster and cheaper!

Convenient but inconsistent seal quality
This dumpling maker is an interesting concept but has mixed results. It does make dumplings faster than by hand, which is convenient. The double head design allows making two at once. However, the dumplings aren't as uniform as I'd like and sometimes the seal isn't tight enough. The machine requires practice to get consistent results. Cleaning is a bit tedious with all the parts. It works okay for quick dumpling making but doesn't replace traditional hand-made quality. Decent for casual use but not professional quality.

Cheap and it works, emphasis on cheap.
Get this one because it comes with the little round dough-cutters. You can improve performance by placing screws in the rotational centers of the outside of the rollers and tying them with wire. All in all it really works. Making pierogies (or dumplings/gyoza you do you mate) is labor intensive but this makes things a good deal easier. Mash some potatoes, sauteé some onions, sprinkle a bit of cheese and you'll never go back to Mrs T's. frozen pierogies inna box.

Very short learning curve, first for a test then on your way.!!
Wow, I followed the instructions. The only thing I did differently is use a gyoza wrap that I found at an asian grocery store. I am anxious to try making my own wraps later. If you will dip your wrap, homemade or store bought, in warm water before you fill with you favorite stuff, THEN place it in the machine you will get a great result. Personally, I spent three years in Japan as an Air Force brat and fell in love with the gyoza. That was 1967-1970. It wasn't till I got this that I found exactly gyoza I remembered. Try it out, it not only works for gyoza, I am sure it would work for any of your favorite dumpling dishes. Enjoy !

Still have to close dumplings manually
It streamlined the process but, unless you barely fill the dumplings, they will not close. I had to pinch every one by hand after running thru.
