Over the years we have taken great pride in keeping our immune systems at top notch especially, when it comes to having a public school aged kiddo and the bugs we've encountered. That being said, we aren't strangers to the many beneficial reasons of gut health ( As EVERYTHING in your human vessel is directly related to your gut!) and using probiotics to assist in this process. Given that I myself have tried Pro- Ven products in the past, l was pretty confident in the integrity, performance and value of their products so it was a no brainer to purchase and give their Children's Probiotic Supplement a try. Of course the statement on the product " Shown to reduce absenteeism from school by 30%" instantly caught my eye. Once again Pro- Ven has come thru! If anything, I value that this Probiotic Supplement is geared just for Children plus that it has the oh so convenient and needed benefits of vitamins of C & D. Also adding- When it comes to anything that goes in her mouth, our kiddo ( 7 years old) is quite picky so as for taste/ texture, it had to be a Win in her book. Dare I say that since we started this LAB4 Probiotic with vitamins C & D for Children Supplement, we haven't encountered the flu or cold buggies plaguing her school. Icing on the cake! Our kiddo doesn't mind chewing up her daily probiotic tablet and appreciates the ( as the food critic she is) the subtle Strawberry Cotton Candy flavor. We would love for our daughter to be able to continue her journey ( been adding them into her daily routine for months now. ) with your Pro-Ven Probiotics Fit For School Dietary Supplement but just came across a rather concerning sight when giving her , her morning tablet today. All but 2 tablets are all white like shown and seen for months in person and the side of the box? The 2 off colored tablets ( brown speckled vitamin looking tablets)don't look anything like what we've seen or have been giving her. Sadly, we will have to stop use until we find out what these foreign tablets are. Based on the benefits/results and wanting our daughter to take a daily Probiotic for good EVERYTHING! We continually purchased via your shop on Amazon. In fact, we were to do another order soon as we are down to the last packet and we don't want to have to find another pediatric Probiotic supplier. I got these for my 13 year old daughter to take. They were everything I was looking for in a probiotic… strawberry flavor and the ingredient list said strawberry and vanilla flavoring, chewable so she could take it anytime and anywhere, it was a probiotic and had Vitamin C in it and I liked that it supported the immune system/gut health. Sounded great to me so I ordered it. I try everything before my kids get it so I know what it tastes like and what the side affects will be etc. I tried on 2 different occasions to chew up this pill and I could only get half of it down both times. If the pill was smaller then it would be no problem for me to chew it up. The taste isn’t pleasant for me in particular and I’m seriously not a picky person. It’s not chalky or a disgusting gross taste it’s just repulsive to my taste buds. I like anything sweet/strawberry but it may be the xylitol in this that is throwing me off and making me not like it. I had to spit it out both times. The tablets smelled good themselves like strawberries. I really want to like these very much but I can’t get past the taste of them. Naturally after seeing me spit the pill out my daughter won’t even try them now. I should have tried them without her watching me. I will try with my 10 year old granddaughter though and I'm quite confident that she will like them and take them.

I purchased these chewables for my 10 year old son. He gets sick often and ends up on antibiotics frequently. We actually had to pull him out of school as a result of this and he’s now doing an online program because he was absent so much. I like to keep him on a good quality probiotic to counteract all of the meds and also to help boost his immune function overall. He really likes these so far and doesn’t mind taking them. These contain several strains of beneficial bacteria and are purported to help children’s immune systems. My son hasn’t been taking these long enough to notice a difference but I know they can’t hurt. His illnesses have become a lot less frequent (in general) since I started him on a new vitamin and supplement routine and I am hoping that these will help him even further.

The strawberry flavor is kid-approved and doesn’t have that chalky aftertaste that some vitamins do. I like that they’re tailored for kids and pack in a solid 12.5 billion CFUs. They seem to help with regularity and keeping her tummy calm, especially during cold season. A great, fuss-free probiotic for young ones.
