Not sure why but although the provided iphone 15 USB C works for apple car play, this cable was not working with neither an iphone 14 (Lightening) nor 15 (USBC). My car is a 2018 Jeep Wrangler. In the description it is clearly mentioned that this is a data cable as well. It isnt, as it didnt work on the PC either. This is just a charging cable..
