Works as intended
These function the way they should and work very well. They did what I needed to stabilize a gas lift from constantly sinking on an office chair that I wasn't quite ready to replace the lift on. The only issue I had with them is that when that chair actually broke so replacing the lift was no longer an option, I couldn't get them off to save them in case I needed them again, so they effectively had to go in the garbage with the chair.

So Far So Good
For me this seems to be the best of many options. It was very simple to install (no tools needed), many height options and will not slip as some other options do according to their reviews. This fast, simple solution saved me the cost of a new chair or the cost and time of installing a new cylinder.

Great purchase
Easy to put on. I was skeptical about this item when I ordered it. But I’m amazed of how perfect it work. Since I was gifted this chair it always had the issue of lowering on its own. Now I don’t have any issues anymore. Loving it. Looks:Look great you can’t even really tell it’s there unless you flip the chair.

This work really well to keep your chair from sinking. They are easy to install and it looks just like normal. There are a few different sizes which is helpful!

Quality Solution to Save Money

Saved a lot of money on a new chair by buying these!
This saved me from having to buy a new office chair. The piston system broke on my older but oh so comfortable chair, so I was constantly sinking to the floor. This was a life saver. I was able to fit three of them on the metal stem and my chair is as good as new. (It's not like I ever used the up and down function anyways.) They were a little tough to clip on - fortunately one of the other guys in the office was able to help me, but they are totally secure.
