Purchased this impact in June ‘23 and have been using it fairly often at work - went inexpensive for an impact at work as my area is not the most secure. I use it for installing wheel locks and / or black lug nut kits on new cars.Impact came to me with two 19mm sockets and no 18mm socket - a message to the seller, they had me order the 18mm socket and reimbursed me for it, no fuss, great customer service.Fast forward to today - the 21mm socket cracked in two places while zipping new car lugs off. Sent a message to the seller - they replied quickly and informed me that the included sockets are not high-impact sockets. I get that - but including sockets that can’t withstand the power of the tool they are included with seems strange to me. Got 7 months out of that socket, I suppose that’s not bad.Otherwise, it’s been a solid impact and does what I need it to do. Battery lasts long, charges pretty quick. No complaints - just would’ve been a bit nicer if the included sockets could handle the power.

Had to remove seized bolts on a mower deck that just didn't want to come off despite all the tricks and hacks of doing so, including using a weaker impact wrench. I saw this gem for a good price and tried it as a last resort, I can't speak to the longevity as I just picked this up, however it had the higher torque to get the job done. I'm very pleased with it.

Great drill for the money. The item came fully charged and will be using this specifically for emergency travel tire changing for vehicle and camper. Seems very durable and comes with a decent carry case, 2 batteries, charger and sufficient amount of sockets.

I bought this impact wrench to use on my 2109 Chevy Silverado . I was skeptical if had the power necessary to loosen the lug nuts that require 140 LBS of torque . First time use was when I had to do the front brake pads on my truck . It had no problem removing the lug nuts . I also used it on the wife 2018 GMC Acadia . Also no problem removing the lugs .

does not have the torq as described. I couldnt even get a lug nut off. Started a return and the only place seller will allow returns to be taken is Whole Foods. I do not live near one. Seems like a sneaky way to make you keep a junk item.

I was a little concerned about an off-brand power tool but this has exceeded my expectations. It is strong enough to loosen lug nuts and the battery life is great.
