المنتج فاشل ولا يعمل ويحتاج لضبط صعب، وصعب التركيب ويحتاج لحداد، والميكانيكا الداخلية تحتاج لمعايرة خاصة لكي يفتح، ولا يوجد فيديو توضيحي من الشركة المصنعة يشرح آلية التشغيل، ولا يوجد كتيب شرح للمنتج مجرد ورقه واحدة لا تحتوي على تفاصيل التشغيل المعقدة.

The lock does not say whether it is designed for a door that opens from the left or right. If you get it wrong the lock has to be installed upside down and then it does not work.

Ricevuto il pacco ben protetto , il prodotto funziona perfettamente , ho avuto bisogno di chiarimenti dal venditore , che ha soddisfatto la mia richiesta

como decía, la cerradura esta bien, incluso trae el tejadillo para la lluvia, pero: 1º Solo es para puertas de 5 cms de espesor, no de varios espesores como indica y esto es imperdonable. 2º las instrucciones, fatal, si teneis que hacer el agujero del bombín, tirad de folio y marcad vodotros todo, si veis la foto, indico donde va realmente el círculo, no al centro como ponen ellos, por lo demás, si lo haceis así, la cerradura es robusta y bien acabada y tiene muy buen precio. 35€ a día de hoy.

L'articolo è addirittura arrivato in anticipo, siamo stati anche contattati dalla ditta per essere certi che avevamo ordinato il verso giusto della serratura ed effettivamente noi avevamo commesso un errore. Grazie a loro tutto è stato risolto ed abbiamo ricevuto il prodotto che ci serviva. Efficienti e gentilissimi. Il corriere è stato educato e molto gentile. Consigliatissimo 👍🏻

Utilizado para reposição, sendo uma fechadura para a direita foi instalada á esquerda sem problema. O mais difícil foi ajustar a testa.

J'ai acheté ce produit installé il y a deux mois. A ma grande surprise la porte refuse de s'ouvrir à distance et avec clé. Je suis actuellement coincé impossible de sortir de chez moi. J'ai essayé de parcourir l'assistance technique sur Yale impossible de voir la serrure sur le site comme me le demande Amazon. Besoin d'assistance
