Useful to access the pipes
Last summer we had a leak on an overflow pipe that leads to the outside of our house because it is on the south facing side and the UV had degraded the plastic. We had to put a hole in our kitchen ceiling in order to get at this pipe to replace it and hubby was worried about plastering over the hole in case it happens again. When I saw these inspection hatches I thought that would solve the problem and also look nice and I was right.The inspection hatch is good quality, I bought the size hubby told to me get and he's happy with it. We haven't installed it yet, we're fitting a new kitchen in a couple of weeks so it will get done then when the old cabinets are out of the way. The hatch won't be visible as our cupboards are going to the ceiling but at least there won't be a big hole inside one of the cupboards now. We're happy with this and won't have to worry about replacing the pipe next time.

Does what it says
Fitted well, looks good.Only issue fitted inside a shower unit so water egress an issue. The gap between door and unit quite excessive so had to fill will mastic but works well.
