This toy is like catnip made cardboard. The moment I set it up the cat found it and has not stopped playing with it. Every day she stops by at least 3-4 times to bat the balls and roll around on it. I had an issue with the initial one where I tried to extend it all the way out which left enough room in the middle for the cat to lay. This was great for the cat but now the individual cardboard accordions were less packed together and the cat quickly started to tear it apart. Also there are a few hundred glue joints between each section and not all are perfectly glued which ended up with some issues. I ended up emailing the company. They responded immediately and offered to replace the item which I really appreciate. So far the new one has held up perfectly. I did not extend it out 100% this time and that seems to go a long way in keeping it sound. As I type this the cat is batting away at the balls inside the thing. Great product overall and would definitely buy again.

The cats love this, but it came with the magnets already ripping out on one side, and they ripped out on the other side before we could even put it down for the cats to play with it. We used duct tape to tape them together, so it can't be used different ways, but they really love it. Fantastic idea, iffy execution. Just beware that it's not sturdy!

This item is no bigger than My hand upon delivery, but if you look at the directions it's an accordion so you need to stretch it out and peel the paper off each end. It's magnetic so you can join it together on the end or you can join it to another one. Still a little tight for my cat to get his paw in there and play with the ball but hopefully it'll loosen up.

I think it's a good idea. In the video it shows the cats opening it up and laying in the middle, which I thought was cool. It's way too stiff for even my 18# muscler boy cat can't open it when he tries to lay on it. He really plays w it alot. 2 others play with it too. I bought 2, 1 for us & 1 for gift. The gifted one also like it.

It’s made well and it is a good product, except that my cat won’t play with it

I ordered two. The magnets are not strong enough to keep them together so I just added some superglue and it worked perfect. Cat loves it.

This is our second. Bought a double this time since my cat is a big boy. He's so funny with his front paws wrapped around both side of the tracks.
