I bought this so I can use my large monitor with my laptop. I imagined plugging both the laptop and the desktop into the HDMI switch and pushing the button to switch the display from one to another. I was pleasantly surprised the first time I plugged in the laptop and it automatically switched the display to the laptop. Unplugged the laptop and it switched back to the desktop computer display. If I leave both running I have to use the button on the switch but the switch does more than expected. Picture quality is good and the switch delivers more than expected, so an easy 5 star evaluation.

This is a life saver. So easy to switch between all of our HDMI products ( blue ray, cable box, game system) this is amazing our tv is wall mounted and wires “wall fished” so no exposed wiring at all this is simple easy to use and now no more unplugging one to plug in another. This is a must have for any family especially for wall fished multimedia and no exposed wiring.

Honestly so far so good. Ordered this because my tv only has two HDMI inputs. I use one for tv and the other for my PS4. Just added a Xbox one and didn't want to keep wiggling plugs in and out. Figured over time it would hurt the tv.Picked this puppy up, little did I know the thing actually knows when a source is turned on and switches to it automatically.Would buy again, would suggest you to buy it.Not paid for this review, didn't receive item for free.

My PS4 does not work using this switch even though the packet insert states the switch works with it.. The switch would randomly switch back and forth between Apple TV and my DVD player. I checked the HDMI connection at the TV and tried a different “port” with no luck. All HDMI cables were inserted fully into the switch. Disappointing results but I guess you get what you pay for... no phone number or web address labelled on box or the packers insert.

I bought this item for my Panasonic plasma TV, which only has three (3) HDMI ports. The first HDMI port is used for my cable provider, the second port is used for my Playstation 4, and the third port is used for either my Nintendo Switch or SNES Classic.I removed the third port and connected this device to it. After connecting the Nintendo Switch and SNES Classic, I decided to run a test to make sure the product was working properly. Upon starting the Nintendo Switch, the startup menu came up. However, I noticed my TV would have random white spots turning on and off throughout my TV screen. I checked the cables to make sure they were inserted properly. I tested the Nintendo Switch again and the same white spots would show up.When I powered up my SNES Classic, the power provided to the 3-port adapter was insufficient. There was absolutely no image for the console. Again, I tested the cables and they were connected properly.I decided then to test the adapter to the second port on my TV with the same devices connected and I would get the same result. Then I decided to connect the Playstation 4 on the adapter, and again my TV would have white spots. I tested my TV providers HDMI cable on the adapter and I received the same white spots.I came to the conclusion that either I received a defective item or it doesn't work properly with my TV. I am returning the item for replacement and will update this review. I rated it three stars for now because the devices I tested works, just with the white spots.

Extends one HDMI port into three HDMI ports. I have an older TV with only one HDMI port, but now can have my Apple TV and a DVD player both connected by using this switch. I no longer have to swap out the cable, but push a button to choose which to use.instead. Nice!

Bought this as we were low on HDMI ports for our TV. Needed to plug in both the Sony BDP-S3200 BluRay player and the Nintendo Switch, and since this advertises as being able to help with that, I bought it.Only works with the Nintendo Switch. BluRay player has original HDMI cable, and works with the TV just fine. When plugged in through the Splitter, all the lights flash until the BluRay player turns itself off. Tried hitting the Splitter's button while the lights are flashing, but nothing works.Giving it two stars only because it does work with the Switch, but since I bought it to support two items, this was really a waste of time.

It works perfect!! I have a 5 feet cable from my Xbox One to the HDMI splitters then the cable to my living room TV and a 45 feet cable to my living room TV. And it works perfectly with LCD and Xbox 360. I would definitely recommend this to anyone trying to split HDMI to two TV’s.
