Pros: -no fizz or popping when opening up your bottle. -1000 mg of sodium just like that makes life so much easier. -no other supplement has a similar portion per satchet. -enough to last 5-9 weeks. Cons: -why is it spicy? -when opening the satchet you'll cough a lot.

I feel better drinking this in the morning then coffee. Then later I have my coffee. I think it’s better for me.

I really like the LMNT electrolyte drink mix but I usually drink the unflavored one. Although the flavored ones do not contain sugar, they have 2 g of carbohydrates and stevia leaf extract. 10 calories per serve. I would but this product again though as a good replacement for sports drinks.
