For me this is the best cleaner for makeup brushes, it works really well, rinses out clean and has very little scent.

This stuff surprised me, I wasn’t sure if it would really be worth the money, but I’m really glad I gave it a shot! It does a great job of cleaning my beauty blender and is easy to rinse out with no residue.

It cleans beauty sponges pretty well - not perfect. The photo didn't show that this would be lavender scented. Not my favorite scent. I probably won't buy this again, but will look for a cheaper dupe.

I have used a beauty blender for liquid foundation, and recently for a cream blush. I always wash it after use, and have been using diluted Dawn or baby shampoo. However, after using a cream blush, the stains didn't come out. I ordered the Beauty Blender liquid cleanser and was amazed at how it took out the stains! I also use it for other cosmetic brushes. Great product!

Although you may think it's okay to clean your makeup brushes and blenders with shampoo or gentle hand soap, they really don't do the job this cleanser does. This gets and keeps your brushes and sponges pristine. It even softens them a bit, but not too much. We go to great lengths to make sure our face is totally clean; why not make sure the brushes and sponges we use to apply our makeup are totally clean as well? Besides being thoroughly cleansing, yet gentle, this cleanser smells wonderful! I can't decide if it's a citrus smell or a floral smell, but it's certainly not overpowering like some perfumes can be. It's fresh and light and clean smelling. Your makeup brushes, your makeup sponges, and your skin deserve this cleanser. Highly recommended!

So I personally don’t believe this the product in this bottle is what it says on the bottle. It doesn’t come wrapped or anything that you have to tear open to open the bottle. It has 1 sticky thing that covers the top after you unscrew it that you’re supposed to peel off to open but it wasn’t even really on there. It was just sitting on the top. I could slide it off with my fingers. Also the cap on mine was broken. Normally you push down on one side to pop the other side open then push it down to close it. Mine came with the top open and it will not close it’s broken I have to make sure it’s setting upright or it will spill all over the place. I did use it on some of my brushes and it seems like it clean them pretty well. It gets soapy too. The question is, is it just regular soap or actual birth blender soap made specifically for your brushes ?
