Better than jabra 7 pro and airpods pro 3rd generation. Excellent product

I ordered it from Amazon US on Sep. 10, 2022 and receved it on Oct. 25, 2022! I have waited for more than a month and received a defected item! One of the 3 light indicators on the case is not working at all! The earphones works well but it is still so disappointing coz when I tried to return it for a refund, I should shoulder the expenses on shipping it back that is very expensive. They will refund me AED 50 for it but shipping fee will be around AED 175. This is not acceptable at all! I didn't have choice but to use it with that defect.But I might say that the product performs great as expected. The audio is great, the 6 microphones are works great and the battery life is amazing! After almost 2 weeks of using, for an unexplainable reason, the middle led light works properly now! Haha! Having said that, I am now satisfied. I just hope it will remain working properly.

If you are apple user like me then you must use your other android phone! Very sad for me! Sad as in sad! The sound is low for apple but perfect for ANDROID PHONE! I bought it through AMAZON US for only 380AED 💵

Quality is great but some times latency is there while watching movies or listening music it's happening that was disappointing, rest of the other all features are great and superb product. i hope that issue is fix with jbl application update.

I expected more from jbl, the sound quality is good but not too loud as i thought, I'm always increasing the volumes on max and still not enough, add to that, the latency when you play video is bad, and you cannot change touch fonction,
