Sooo much better than any tea bag. I'd been buying Earl Grey in tea bags for a long while (different brands, as well as this brand) and while they're great in a pinch if there's not enough time, I feel loose leaf just tastes better. If it's anything like coffee, where a paper filter sops up the oils from the ground beans, that would make sense as to what was going on with most of the bags. I'll be buying more (assuming I can).

Good tea with full body flavor. A lot of fresh tea leaves that brew excellent hot teas.

The best distributor of fine teas. I've read several reviews of any chemicals or pesticides in their teas and they are certified safe unlike many mid to bottom shelf teas at the store. I wish though they will get away from plastic tea bags. That's why I go for the loose tea packaging.
