Not the same
I buy nut pods in the grocery store and was so happy to find shelf ready of the same flavors. There is something different about them tho. They are just ok.

2 nd flavor is keto and sweetened, yuk!
I didn't realize that the cookie butter flavor had the dreaded "sugar alcohols" in it. It is bound to upset my stomach. I do LOVE the toasted marshmallow flavor though!
