I’ve been looking for another piece of core focused exercise equipment to add to the home gym and this product delivers! Customer experience was great - reasonable priced, easy and fast shipment and easy to assemble once it arrived. Was working out with it in no time. There are endless exercises that you can do with this bag and with the added challenge of the water movement, it really requires additional focus on core and stabilizers. Unlike a lot of my exercise equipment, I can empty the bag and easily take it with me to train anywhere. The aqua bag appears to be very well made and can stand a the normal workout wear and tear. Overall, super happy with the aqua bag - it’s added a new element to my workouts.

Its not whats in the picture. It functions like s standard dumbell. whats supposed to happen is upon the thrust water is shoved to the back, upon stopping its then shoved forward. this uses both twisting and stopping muscles. This bag is too small and made to force all water to the bottom regardless. its under weight. I have a 50 gallon container in the house. i can barely get it upstairs. this bag weighs 20 pounds max, closer to 15. it also arrived with a hole in it already, hence the tape.

I did walking lunges around the block with this on my back... talk about soreness. Great for stabilizer muscles in your core.

I’m a weight lifter and as such I’m constantly trying to up my game. This little thing does exactly that. It activates muscles I didn’t even know I had. And the amazing thing is that every rep is a different lift due to the water shifting inside. Your balance and core will definitely get a workout with this thing quickly. Filled it up with water and was skeptical that it might leak - Wrong It didn’t even spill a drop and I’m pretty vigorous in working out. Would I recommend it as end to all workouts? No, but definitely a supplement to improving what you already have. The reason for the lower review rating was simply this: Rather costly for a bag of water that sloshes around. Howbeit it is well made and durable and you couldn’t just make one yourself. The other contributing factor was the hand holds. They are not comfortable. Like holding on to a flat tie down rope. Anyways, if you got the money and need a change up for a while in your routine, this would be the item to get.

This item was not the same shape as pictured; where the picture shows a skinnier and longer cylindrical bag with handles on the sides that would make for a pretty versatile and user-friendly weight, the one I received was short and fat, with the handles placed both on top, making it less usable and versatile, in my opinion (and more likely to pull something in your bag if filled up much). The product did have a strong plastic odor, as do pretty much all products of this material, but I imagine it will continue to dissipate over time, so not a huge deal, but something to keep in mind if you are especially sensitive. Otherwise, the product seemed well made and pretty durable for what it is. The handles seemed well secured to the bag with reinforced heavy duty material, and the nozzle for filling with water seemed secure, especially with a kind of double twist in seal, so I truly doubt you'd have to worry about it leaking during use. This product seems like it will hold up over time (but I won't be able to tell, as I (or my husband) wont be using it regularly bc of the design. Also, I like that the bag is clearing marked with fill lines on the side that correspond to weights in lbs, so you know exactly how much water to add for desired weight. One feature that could be improved was the handle strap; it had a velcro padded strap for the two handles, which could certainly make it more comfortable to use for some exercises (or just transporting around if filled), but it was very hard to fit both handles in at same time and close, even with zero water inside, and if you had the bag filled to the max it would be impossible. Overall, if this style is what you are looking for, I would recommend it, but its not the same one as pictured (long and skinny cylinder shape). I would give this company another try since product seems well made. Hopefully, they will update the listing pictures/ info.

I absolutely love having an extra handle on the bag. It opens up more options for training athletes. These bags are also insanely durable as we sometimes use these for exercises that involve banging them against a wall. The only thing making this a 4-star instead of a 5 star review is that the water inside this brand of bags doesn’t move quite as smoothly as other brands. I run a baseball facility and the number one use case for these tools is rotation. Clean movement of water from one end to the other is vital in providing our athletes feedback so they can make adaptations. If they clean up this, these are easily the best bags on the market outside of much higher priced alternatives.

My wife and I definitely enjoy this product. We just started working out again and just want to try new workouts that is different from the gym. I've looked into this item and definitely glad that i did. First, the plastic for the beam is fairly thick and has multiple areas where you can grip and hold, which helps you do multiple exercises from upper body, lower body, total body and core. Adding and removing water is quite easy. I had no problems at all. Secondly, i love that this product forces you to stabilize and use the muscles that you workout. You definitely have to control the tube each rep, or else that water would just go on either way. This is part of the workout is definitely a learning curve for me. I also like that you can adjust the weight at your convenience up to 50lbs. let me tell you, 30lbs of water weight that you have to balance is not an easy task at all. Again, i love that i got this product to change my routine. It has been kicking my butt for the past month if done properly. Lastly, when you are done, it does not take much space at all. a simple bag is more than enough to store it.

Can’t say enough about the products and customer service from this company 5 stars for sure!

Unfortunately it leaks stright out the box , it appears to be at the folded part , very disappointed as i signed up for a workout program that requires me to have this water sack and i cant even attend now so im out the money for this class this weekend aswell .... very upset right now

Even though it advertises that it comes with a training guide, I did not get a training guide. Also, there are no instructions on how to fill it with water and air.
