4 stars because it works but I wouldn't recommend following the instructions on the bottle. I took ONE pill in the morning. 3 hours later I was going to the bathroom ever 15-30 minutes. It definitely cleaned me out. Causes some cramping before you go so you have a little warning before you need to be on the toilet. Don't make any plans the day you take this.

My husbandswears by them.

Equate brand is usually reliable. So this is, no problems. Efficient.
