I’m not sure why I see reviews of people complaining of the taste and size of the tablets. They’re tablets, they’re not suppose to be chewed/enjoyed and they seem like a pretty standard size. Now if you’re not concerned about that silly stuff and are serious about your goals, these pills are for you. Eat right, workout and don’t miss a serving of these tablets and you will see a difference. Took about a month to see a difference for myself. Extra tip, if you’re trying to build muscle and lose some stubborn fat, take these with CLA. Thank me later.

This product is very effective when combined with daily or routine exercise, as well as a good diet. I have noticed that since I started taking it, again, with diet and exercise, I have seen great results. In one week I lost 10 lbs. To further clarify, I was under the supervision of a nutritionist and 2 medical doctors. As of now I have not felt or seen any negative side effects. As I continue to take the medication I do see more weight loss. Definitely recommend it to anyone who is generally a healthy person-and to consult your nutritionist and/or doctor should you feel any negative effects.

This product, to me, is one of the FEW products ever taken worth my money. Quality costs. Shaq's or Nike? - You get it. This product literally carves away at fat while keeping your size. You can also feel the difference it makes in your mood, energy (not pre-workout energy) but stable energy. My testosterone is quite different now. I feel more alive. Feel ready to tackle the day. This is my third bottle. I use it as follows: 4 when I wake up at 5:30. 4 after lunch at 1:30pm. It works for me and am able to get in 8 as to 3x a day for nine as recommended. I stand by this product.

I've been taking Quadracarn three servings a day for 3 months, stacking it with 3200mg of CLA a day. I hit a plateau at that time and was looking for something to jumpstart my weight loss and muscle gains in the gym. I would say I have accomplished that goal losing 5 more pounds while adding some muscle gain. I take it in the morning and feel a little boost in about 20 minutes. It provides a little boost when taking it pre-workout. It may help with focus, but I haven't really noticed any measurable improvements in the area. I haven't noticed that "In the Zone" mental focus that some reviewers talk about. It's not an overnight miracle supplement, but most natural supplements aren't. I'd say if you have the money (It's a not the cheapest supplement on the market), give it a try for a couple months. This is my first Beverly Int'l product, but I do plan to try more in the future.

okay, now everyone knows that popping tons of pills is not good for you, no matter what kind of pills they are. this product makes you take up to atleast 10 pills in one day!!! and that is the minimum!!! i hate that but i will say that it doesnt give me jitters at all or make me overly energized. it hasnt really contributed alot to my weight loss but it helps a little. i would recommend this to someone who just wants to maintain there weight but not necessarily lose alot of weight. good product but i still hate taking all those horrible tasting pills. if you really want to find a decent product out there on the market that wont make false advertising, try checking this website out, it really helped me:[....]

great product..doing what its ment to do..giving lots of energy..and concentration..and in conjunction with CLA is doing a great job of getting me in shap at the age of 43

Quadracarn tablets, are really good, they work when used properly. Follow the indications on the label and see the results setting in.

Tried these for a month on a calorie controlled meal plan and exercise program but unfortunately noticed no difference so haven't continued with and month's supply.
