Perfect product!! These make bread or even meatloaf cook perfect all evenly. Bread isn't doughy or over cooked on the outside. Meatloaf is thoroughly cooked in the middle. I took one star away because the first set arrived with all broken stems and 3 short of an 8 pack.. Amazon replaced it.. That said, this is a must have for baking your cakes evenly!

Great addition to my kitchen to make baking go faster. Line the pans with parchment and stick a few of these up through the paper. Have used on baked goods, including baked oatmeal and individual frozen biscuits. These are easy to clean, just pop in the dishwasher along with your silverware. They are small, so I keep them in a baggie in the drawer so they don't get lost. With eight pieces, it should be easy for them to last awhile.

Good for baking large pieces of sponge, same time as with small ones so the sponge is not getting overly dry in the oven.
