Advertised as a Phimosis Stretching Tool??? I wouldn't recommend you use it to stretch out Mr Winkie..As another reviewer said this is a nasal speculum, and that it is !. It's great for removing Lego from a child's nose. Seems that stuffing lego up your nose is the 'in' thing nowadays for children but having to wait 4 hours to be seen at the local Minor injuries is not good, especially for Autistic children or their Guardians..DON'T use it on ears, that WILL need an A&E visit.Also I used it for fitting those fiddly little rubber ring washers on the end of a pressure washer hoses.Good quality stainless steal, very well made, No sharp edges. But I think it's over priced for what it is.

Useless for phimosis - utterly. Jaws don’t open wide enough.

Simple design, good quality stainless steel. I normally uses a long nose pliers to spread rubber washers, it works well with patience and some practise. . This is very effective tool for that purpose.No sharp edges, I can probably use it for emergency surgical use ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

This device works by inserting under and screwing it wider until it's stretching enough, but not enough to cause pain. Holding it stretched for a period of time, then repeating a few days later until you're satisfied with your.. progress? It's made of steel so it's strong and durable, easy to clean and has a long life in it. Does exactly what it claims to do, just have patience.

Looks very surgical, sure it will work with careful use
