Fabulous shower works great I would recommend this product brilliant value for money

Need to change the shower and had to find the right with exact fitting. This one fits well and looks great. Easy to install and no leakage.

The shower itself worked well for a couple months and then the mixer stopped working and was only giving boiling hot water. Was happy initially with the product but now disappointed that it did not last longer.To my surprise, the company offered me a full refund almost after 3 months which i was very pleased they did. If you have any issues, talk to their support and I'm sure it will be addressed soon!

Ordered the silver unit and a black one arrived. Decided to accept it as we were without a shower and don’t have a bath. The thread on the nut which attached the rain shower tube to the thermostat has not had the threads cut properly and couldn’t be tightened to make a seal. In fact the the nut ended up locked onto the thermostatic unit and when undone, the fitting male fitting came out of the thermostatic bar. I have a fully equipped machine shop and it was required to take the thing apart. I made a 6mm rubber washer to get a seal. The only way to get a seal. Off to trust pilot to write a review.

Easy to DIY retrofit as replacement for my original. Accurate measurements, only had to drill the upright bracket into new position. Smooth valve turning. Run first shower and wish I'd replaced it 3 months ago instead of faffing with different mixer valves. Sturdy, no drips.

Like the square head and modern look. Gives a great shower. Good value too.
