Would this remove febreze perfume odor from a couch?

Febreze is a highly toxic product (I ended up nearly dead from this class of chemicals) The pharmaceutical companies make many of these products (most all and from industrial to household, persona) Here is the MSDS and other information. One way to remove this as another suggested is a professional cleaner that extracts such molecules with some form of oxygen or ozone (they "adhere" for a long time, including in the brain and other areas of the body - the body can not synthesize them nor break them down so they are stored in adipose - fat, tissue and other areas) "Fragrance" usually means left over petroleum sludge (what no body else in industry wants, see any plant such as Valero energy and see where the oil goes - "fragrance industry" so it's like splashing gas on your person or in your air - slowly poisoning you. Febreze is classified as an air freshner, created by Proctor & Gamble. It reports to work by "trapping" odor molecules in a donut-shaped chemical.The first thing that is really important to understand: the product does not remove odor molecules and it doesn't clean the item it comes into contact with.The odor molecules are still there. Your nose just can't perceive them because you smell the chemical product instead.That alone should be your first warning. what are the ingredients?

it is all natural stuff. The tubs contain a citrus/pine resin and water. This results in a clear slightly sticky to the touch Jell-o like cubes. These do not stain, but if some falls in your sink while doing dishes, they expand to epic proportions (but still maintain the jello-like consistancy) and are non-toxic (a bonus because i have a dog) a total spill of contents can be resloved with a dust pan and a damp cloth. The spray is similar in composition but I think the ingredients read 'essense of' the same citrus rind/pine resin. it does neutralize odors very well, I had some smokers visit and couldnt get the smoke smell out of my closets, I threw a tub in there and closed the door. 3 hours later I checked and the closet was good as new. If inhaled up close has a very fresh woodsy smell, but this product does not 'generate' odor. it is truly a neutral element in the room.

Does this remove the smell from my shoes? Cause that smell is...pungent.

Not really, for shoes you want an antibacterial spray, something to kill the underlying source of the odor. This product is better for temporary smells.

Will this product eliminate - completely cigarette odor from car?

Nothing will 'eliminate-completely cigarette odor from a car'. Even this excellent product will only mask such (imbedded) odors. You may be more successful creating an acceptable environment by using a Fresh Wave time release product like their beads.

After spraying this, my air purifier went to red alert, which led me to google the full ingredients list.. polysorbate 80 and sorbitan oleate are possibly carcinogen and harmful to skin and respiratory system. So angry, I want to return this. SUPER UNETHICAL TO MISREPRESENT YOUR PRODUCT AS SAFE AND ALL NATURAL WHEN IT’S ONLY PART NATURAL AND MY AIR PURIFIER DOESN’T THINK IT’S SAFE

This scent is so light and airy, it has a nice subtle NATURAL scent that lingers for about 30-60 seconds and then a noticeable lessening of smells (bathroom smells). When I say natural I mean light essential oils not an artificial natural. I’m prone to headaches and I would say this is headache safe. I recently replaced all the cleaners and fragrance in my house due to asthma. Everything else I have is unscented but I wanted a little something for guests etc. Even if you didn’t find it strong enough for after bathroom use it could easily be used in any room including the kitchen. It’s just a neutral scent that works anywhere.

Ordered this on a whim and when I received it, I didn't think it would work. I was looking for a bathroom "#2" odor spray that actually removes odors instead of masking them...basically, and to be blunt, we'd rather not have lavender-scented poop (or whatever fragrance)...it's almost worse than plain poop. Ozium was the closest we'd come but it is sooo strong, it's either smell the poop or smell Ozium. THIS STUFF THO!!! I don't like the sprayer so I poured it into a very-fine-misting continuous-spray bottle I bought here on Amazon for cheap (the kind you would use to mist plants with water or perhaps put hair spray in?). I had bought that sprayer to use with olive oil but quickly found it doesn't mist when filled with oil; it squirts. So, after cleaning it thoroughly of course, I poured the FRESH WAVE ODOR REMOVER into this spray bottle. Once we used it a few times, we were sold. It seems to just make the stench of poop go POOF! And the fragrance of the spray is almost undetectable after this. EXACTLY WHAT I'M LOOKING FOR. And we just put it on Subscribe and Save. It's a keeper!

This really works and has a fresh, eucalyptus smell? It is not overpowering. Of course without the toxins something of a bigger name brand would have. After it dries, odors seem neutral. I had to use quite a bit but I think that's because we deodorized for a while.
