Defective product
Got a defective piece. Amazon will redirect you to Fujifilm support who are not reachable by phone.You have to write an email upon which you are asked to bring the product to the service centre. Please note that they will not replace but try to fix.So the policy is such that you recieve a broken product and you have to spend your time, energy and money to fix it.
