Ghirardelli Majestic Dutch Processed Cocoa Powder, 2 lb

Good thing Dhroste went out of business, or I never would have known I was ingesting poison. By all accounts this cocoa is safe, and it's evident it tastes fine, deeper than Dhroste, I'd say. I don't bake or anything, I just want to get some chocolate in my diet, and since one must drink coffee it seems, and I don't like coffee, this stuff kills two birds with one stone. Fortunately, it dissolves easily with the coffee.

Makes delish coffee, ganache and cakes. Now I am eating more chocolate. Smells the BEST of all chocolates. Not sweetened and a great value. I buy with a friend to share and ensure it is fresh. I use for our chocolate lovers desserts frequently. Mixed easily in my recipes, coffee and can be dusty if worked too fast. I hope Consumer Labs reviews again this year to check for cadmium and lead. Was liwesr in past tests.

So good! That is all. Sooo dang good!!! The price was right. The coloring adds depth to baked goods. It is smooth and easy to use. It elevates the flavors. And mmmm, is it delicious! I'll never go back to any other cocoa powder. Sorry Hershey's, not sorry. 😬

Full flavor worth it for enhancing special baked goods recipes. If you want to plus up your chocoholic game this is where it as at. I still use peasant cocoa too but the depth and almost wine-like complexity will absolutely shine through if you use this one. No complaints on the value woth that in mind...special baked goods or everyday luxury. Isn't that what chocolate is for after all?

Perfect 👍, very good chocolate just as dark as special dark chocolate by Hershey's. Which is hard to find. Large amount so I won't worry about running out

This is 1 of the best cocoas around Ive tried dozens of brands over the years but having that said the price is tremendously high, makes you think twice, I certainly won't buy again under $40 unless I got rich or won the lottery ha ha
