Not waterproof and caused foot pain

Fits really well, comfortable after a few months use, and still looks great, no damage and lasts a while so it feels like good quality.

Have bought these Timberland boots for quite a few years (probably my 6th pair) and always soft light and comfortable, my only concern is they are not the most waterproof and past experience with these is that the toe rubber in the front of the boots starts to detach after about 2-3 months of use then they can start to leak so not the best in that respect. But comfort and lightness is great and i usually get about 6 months use from these walking daily with dogs in New Forest. Quite often put the older pair away form May- September then use a newer pair for the Winter.

What I liked was the overall quality of the boots, very good and comfortable. I did buy the correct size 10" , but the boots was tight fitting. But I just used them until they stretched out. So if you ordering go up example 101/2 and so on. But the quality is good,. The boot tred is showing signs of wearing but still good. But I do walk quite a few times a week, sharing the load with other walking boots.

I have been ordering timberland white ledge boots for years as my go-to footwear at work. They have given great support and have been incredibly comfortable averaging about 11,000 steps per day, 5 days per week. I have, however, read about inconsistencies with these boots depending on where they were manufactured, but I have never encountered it until my most recent order. Immediately upon taking the boots out of the box, I noticed the shoelaces felt different. The boots looked completely normal, so I had assumed it was just a change of material from the factory. However, upon wearing it for the first time at work, I began feeling discomfort on parts of my foot I had never noticed before. More specifically, the edges of the waterproof webbing on the tongue of the boot and the cushion around the ankle of the boot were causing me quite a bit of discomfort about halfway through my shift. I have worn almost exclusively white ledge boots for nearly 3 years for work, and have never had this issue before. In fact, I was so confused by this that I went back into my order history and saw that my previous order on this account was through a different shipper. So, I actually went ahead and ordered another pair from the original shipper I had purchased from, and upon receiving the new boots, I compared them. The cushioning around the ankle is much more plush on the new boots, and the shoe laces had the old texture I remember having felt from tying and untying my boots hundreds - if not thousands - of times. I checked the origin of the boots on the tag in the new boots, and they are from Cambodia, which I also happened to still have my previous pair, also from Cambodia. However, the ones that caused me discomfort and feel different say they were from Bangladesh. Overall, great boots, however keep a look out for the origin of the boots, as the quality seems to be inconsistent depending on where they are from.
