Beware!! This heavy cover may damage Screen Hinges
The item was purchase after seeing 4+ !! rating. Lost faith in the rating after purchasing this item (very high price indeed). This hard covers will loosen the MacBook screen hinges and may damage it over a period. It’s too heavy for a comfortable use. After five months the screen hinges become too loose to fall with a minor push while closing. Removed it; money is waste and damaged the MacBook. Laptop sleeve is the better idea for MacBook protection.

Not worthy ! Do not buy
I have received a used product I still thought giving it a try but it’s completely loose and I have paid a hefty amount for it. Even if they had sent me a new item it’s only worth max 3K

The fitting for the base of the computer is not snug and even though the cover locks on to the top portion of the laptop, the base portion does not lock and especially the one near the ports is absolutely and soft, so it does not lock either. So the entire pressure gets transmitted on the cover which can cause damage to your machine.
