Love it!
I’ve had 2 other robot vacuums before, so I’m not new to this, but I’m really impressed with this vacuum so far.My last robot vac has slowly lost suction, and I’ve moved to a larger house, so I decided it was finally time for a new vacuum. The original plan was to just have this supplement my weekly vacuuming, to keep up the pet hair, my hair, crumbs and the small dead bugs that keep showing up this time of year.I started out by trying it out in each room to see how it does, and if it could find its way back to the station.I had recently vacuumed, but there was about a week’s worth of dust on the floors. In every room, it went and went, and somehow filled up the tank every time. I didn’t even think there was that much dust. It got every nook and cranny, went under the bed just fine, and I set up some “test” crumbs in various areas, and right spots, and it got them all.My bedroom currently has no rug, and it just all laminate, and it got everything. My living room has a fairly new, WOOL rug. I honestly wasn’t planning on using this on the rug, since wool rugs put out so much fiber and dust when they’re new, I was just going to keep my corded vacuum for those. I decided to try it out with the rug anyway. I was blown away by the suction power of this thing. It got every spec on the floor, but ALSO did a great job on the rug! Got up crumbs and sucked up the loose dusty fibers.I clean out the tank every time, but it really packs it in there. It goes and goes too. In my bedroom, I think it ran for about 50 minutes. The last time it did my living room, I stopped it after about 30 minutes, bc it had already done a good job.It also goes back to home base every time I let it run on its own. It’s so nice to be able to turn it on walking out the door, and come back to it clean and charging.I haven’t tried the smart mode yet, but I’m excited to. I recently got smart bulbs and a smart home base in my house and it’s been a game changer, so I like the idea of telling it to vacuum the house. As far as sound, it’s relatively quiet, doesn’t disturb my sound-sensitive kid or the pets (they hate the regular vacuum), and I can run it in an adjoining open room while working and making phone calls, but you probably wouldn’t want it in the same room while working or watching tv.A couple of things -As with any robot vac, you have to strategically place things. You can’t have clutter or cords laying around, and you have to be sure it can get around and under your furniture without getting stuck. This one is much more low-profile than my old robot vacuum, so I really like that it can get under so much more. It also hasn’t gotten stuck yet, in fact it’s so powerful, it just pushed some chairs I had moved around to block it.I also have to move it from room to room and block off the room with chairs or similar. It only takes a couple of minutes, so I don’t mind. It comes with some barrier strips, but I haven’t looked how to use those yet. It might be able to do a whole level, but I like the idea of it being more through in each room. I’m hoping to be able to do a room a day while I’m at work. I’m sometimes tempting to get one for each room, hit the button, and walk out the door. I love the idea of my house “cleaning itself” when I leave, and I’m now hooked on “smart” devices that have my house clean, lit up and comfy when I get home.I haven’t tried it on full carpet, and don’t think it’s what it’s designed for, although as mentioned, it works great on my area rugs. Smaller rugs you will have to secure or temporarily remove, bc it will push them around.I also haven’t tried the app yet, or tried to schedule it.Overall, I’m extremely impressed with this vacuum, and happy I purchased. The suction power is strong, it is one of the few that has a roll brush on the bottom which I think is a necessity.I also like that it came with cleaning tools, extra parts, and a remote. Also, as with any robot vac, you have to take care of it. Don’t let it suck up big things like nails and rocks (although it will certainly try), keep clutter up, clean the tank each use, clean out the brush roll frequently, and clean the filters.I do plan to still use my corded vacuum for my rugs, although I’ve had this for 2 weeks now, and haven’t broken out the corded vac yet.Now I just need to find a robot laundry folder, duster, and bathroom cleaner.Overall, if this thing lasts more than a year, which it seems so far like it would, I’d actually consider getting another one or two. They tuck up pretty nicely out of sight, and seems pretty low maintenance. If it only lasted a year, I’d be disappointed, but would still be worth the purchase, given the price point, ease of use, and performance/quality. I’m not advocating for waste, just trying to give a gauge of satisfaction.

Very surprised at how good it works
We have been wanting a robo vac for a while but the large price tag kept them out of our budget. My wife sent the G10 to me and after reading the reviews we decided to give it a try and we are glad we did. We have a mix of carpet, laminate and rugs. The G10 handles all of them with ease. The floors are free from dust debris and dog hair. Setup was a breeze, we pulled up the rugs with tassels and secured a few loose wires from the Xbox and turned it loose on the house with just a tap of my phone. It’s quite and does a better job sweeping than my 16 year old. 10/10 recommended

Pet fur
I researched these vacuums for the best for pet fur. I have a cat and a Golden Retriever, hence a ton of fur. In the description for this vacuum it said it was good for fur….but it has a main brush. The fur gets tangled around the brush. They do include a tool for cleaning the brush, which works very well. I pick up all electrical cords, throw rugs and anything it can knock over. It’s efficient, but I’m not sure it’s worth the cost. It’s been nice to run it while I sit and read, but I feel it’s easier to pull out the vacuum cleaner than have it running in my house, scaring my pets.

Stopped charging after 6 months
The unit stopped charging after 6 months of working normally. I replaced the battery (although 6 months is way too short for a replacement), but nothing changed: cleaner stung won’t charge.Manufacturer did not respond to calls, emails or attempts to initiate a chat on company’s website. Please advise.Thank you.

Helpful and sleek
The media could not be loaded. I love the style of this and it actually cleans my carpet and floor. The remote is so convenient because I don’t have to move to start cleaning, just hit the remote and the process is started. I can guide the vacuum wherever I want it to clean with the remote. It was very easy to setup too. The only problem I had at first was the brushes came off of the bottom when the machine started moving but that’s an easy fix once I put them on correctly. They have to snap into place. Im happy with my the cost and quality of my vacuum.

Battery doesn't last long
I like it cause it's easy for my children to use. I wish the battery lasted longer. The first run was great. Now it works for only about 10 minutes at a time.

Loved this vac at first - now it won't go back to the charging dock.
We LOVED this robot vac after we received it! It had good suction, it was navigating our home very well without getting stuck... and it doing exactly what we were hoping for!Jump ahead about 4 months since purchasing and we have still been running it daily - but now it won't return to the charging base. We didn't relocate the base; it's been going to the same spot since we ran it from day one. We also haven't rearranged furniture and have not added new furniture. Now when the battery requires a recharge it begins its trip back to the base but dies anywhere from 2'-15' away from the base.I've ordered a ton of products from Amazon and I wanted to reach out to the seller before writing my review but when you look at your order history there wasn't a "contact seller" link.If they read my review and send me a replacement battery then I'll revise it - however even if this is towards the lower end of the price range for robotic vacuums I feel you should get more than 4-6 months out of the unit before having to perform some type of maintenance like a new battery.
