I’ve tried other BCAA and other recovery drinks and this is by far the best. This is my go to after a hard Jiu Jitsu session or a long run. The taste is better than any other high quality recovery drink (the negative reviews about taste must be used to the sugar filled “recovery drinks”). The best part is the quality… after using it consistently, you feel the difference!

This product works great, but I do not like the taste. I would buy it again because of how it helps your athletic performance, but just wish it taste better.

Mango is one of my favorite flavors and these BCAAs did not disappoint. As a firefighter, I need the BCAAs and electrolytes to keep me going in the most intense and strenuous situations. It's so hard to find good supplements that aren't filled with artificial colors and sweeteners. I was glad that it didn't have the strange aftertaste that stevia can sometimes have. I'll definitely buy it again! I was also pleasantly surprised that I got a sample protein bar in my box, and that tasted really good as well (I got chocolate). The texture is a lot softer than those other hard/chewy protein bars, which is nice because it's easy to chew and doesn't get stuck in your teeth.

Taste isn't bad... a little sweet and tangy but it's not bad. The ingredients are awesome and I notice a difference in hydration levels and energy and lean body comp.

Taste is to sour, use a straw to pass my tastebuds. Works quickly, I'm 57 and work in a liquour store, is not light work. This helps consistently with fatigued muscles.

This is horrible tasting and provided me with basically no energy to workout in the morning as compared to other bcaa supplements. I thought this would’ve been a lot better than what it turned out to be.

Great for the price. Half a scoop gets me through less intense workouts just as much as a full scoop of my previous just bcaas did. If you let it sit, you will have to remix it, but the flavor is fine and I like the electrolyte mix.

I get tired of keeping up with the latest and greatest supplements. I had been kicking around trying this for awhile. Great flavor for a natural product. I was surprised by how much recovery this product provided. So why 4 stars? I wish they used methylated B12 or even switched out the B12 for B6, since that's needed post workout (especially if you're getting B12 in the pre workout). Also, Magnesium Oxide is poorly absorbed, seems like a cop out instead of using a better form. All in all this is a nice, balanced post workout, from a seemingly trustworthy company that donates profits to charity. Will keep using for awhile and stacking with the pre workout product.
