I tore my ACL skiing. Before the surgery I used this twice a day for 20 minutes. The surgery went great, and as soon as the bandages were off I started using the red light wrap once a day for 20 minutes to help with healing. Two months later I am walking without a limp and have very little pain. I can even ride my bike. I did lots of physical therapy and the usual ice/elevate, but I feel convinced that the red light therapy gave my knee the extra boost it needed. I recommend it to all my friends. This wrap is a convenient size to wrap the knee, and I like that you can set a timer so it turns off. It has a few features I don't understand such as the flashing light feature, but overall it is great to help speed up healing.

I bought this infrared light therapy belt and it has exceeded my expectations. The material is comfortable and adapts well to the waist, back or stomach. After using it for several sessions, I have noticed a great decrease in muscle tension and pain in the lumbar area. It is very easy to use thanks to the time and temperature control, in addition to heating up quickly. I also like that it's portable, so I can use it while I rest or work. I definitely recommend it for those looking for muscle relief or red light therapy at home!

Great product for personal use. Easy to use. Only problem I found was I was not able to wear it and exercise or walk around I had to stay in one place because it needs an external battery pack/ charger that did not come with it. I did buy one and I’m very happy. I just wish you had an option to buy a charger pack or a link to one that you can buy. I’m not up on all that so I had to read the I instructions very carefully to make sure I was getting what was needed.

Been amazing for my back pain. I work on my feet lifting all day and use this a couple times a week after work. It’s not unfcomfortable at all. Love these new red light therapy options. Light weight and easy to use.

I read the reviews before purchasing this for my painful back. I used it a few times so far, I honestly don't feel any difference. I wear it when sitting still, since this isn't a rechargeable device, to allow you to go about your day while using the treatment, which is a disappointment itself. I will try using it a few more times before I decide to return it.

LOVE iT! So happy I got this. Came as promised. Quality seems good. Worked as soon as I pugged it in. Ive been using daily for about a month now & no problems. Easy to use & SUPER long. The cord is also pretty long, which I like. I opted to just do plug in & not bother with a battery style add-on. This covers a massive area - not just the neoprene body part, but also the red light area. Super pleased! Would absolutely buy again.

I choked on some medications yesterday and they lodged in my throat. It was burning and wouldn’t go down (ended up in the ER where they finally went down hours later). I went home with my esophagus feeling very sore. Didn’t want to eat or drink anything due to it hurting still. I had bought this red light but hadn’t tried it yet. Well I tried it last night. Woke up this morning to no pain! I’m so happy with it! Recommending it to friends now!
