I like it
My visit to Adelaide was for two weeks and it was plenty for that and had a lot of unused data after my trip. I did not experience any slow down or dropouts and it worked pretty well for me. To activate, I was instructed to download their app and start the process. I made my activation at the airport in Australia, which I should have done beforehand when I had an internet connection in my home country. But I've managed to connect to the free airport Wi-Fi and get the process going. Once you're in the app serves as your account management tool. You can see the connected device, how much data you've used, how much data you have left, add more data, etc... Overall, I'm satisfied with the service. If I would have activated before my trip, it would have been a seamless experience.

Could not activate
I could not activate this SIM card, they would not accept my passport info , so what was suggested is I wait until I get to Australia to activate this ...not ideal ....not easy. So I would suggest skipping this and get a SIM card once you are in country.

Works!
Was a little worried it may be complicated or not work. Super easy no problems at all.

I’m currently in Australia and this SIM card works perfectly. I unpacked it as soon as it arrived in the UK and completed the easy sign up procedure online giving the Oz activation date required. Any SIM card used in Australia has to be registered against a passport or ID card, so you have to enter your passport number to complete registration. Once I cleared immigration at Adelaide airport I found some Wi-Fi and switched on the SIM card (I have a dual SIM phone) and it immediately worked and is giving me 5g. The SIM has 40gb of data, unlimited Oz calls and texts and about an hour of included calls back to UK landlines. Highly recommended as a cost effective way to have data and the ability to make phone calls over here if you follow the instructions. Don’t expect to simply unpack it over here and it work immediately though.

Set up was easy. But you have to be in Australia for the setup to work well and fast. We bought 2 of these before our trip and installed them over the airport wifi at destination. Took less than 10 minutes to be active. Opus needs you to create an account and you have to be careful to untick the box for recurring monthly charges! Other than that: smoothest sim ever. Got a sms warning the last day that I had used more than 1/2 of my data- again pushing for monthly subscription. Just ignore.....

Malgré une mise en relation avec un service client parfait par mail, impossible a activer en Australie. Mon fils s’est rendu dans une boutique de la marque et ils lui ont dit qu’ ils ne pouvaient rien faite car acheté sur Amazon.. Argent perdu

Against the better judgement of poor reviews I decide to buy this for my travels to Australia. The simcard did not arrive at all even though it was marked as shipped. 1/5 stars as I was not able to use the service. Pro tip to anyone else traveling to Sydney: when you land there are many stores that sells pre-paid sim cards (right after you exit customs but BEFORE you exit the Airport). I was able to grab a 60 GB sim card with unlimited Australia call for only $20 AUD. So don't sweat it, just get a pre-paid card when you arrive.
