Amazing, really relaxes you and is great for dry eyes - so peaceful - no mechanical noises - just restful sounds, warmth and gentle massage - so glad we bought it - shame peace is broken with us all fighting who’s going to get it!

I purchased this massager because I struggle with sleep and in particular with falling asleep at bedtime. It definitely helps me to drift off and feels strange initially but nice and I love the heat and relaxing sounds. It is also very easy to use and I like the range of settings options and also that it tells you when it comes on or switches off if the volume is on. The massage also helps with my dry eyes. The negatives are that it is too noisy with the massage function on to use in bed when my partner is trying to sleep. Instead I wear it just before bed with the eye massage + heat + music function then wear it in bed with just the heat. It switches itself after 15 minutes at which point I take it off and can sleep. I have also had to cover the blue 'on' light with electrical tape as it is quite bright. The pressure feels strange initially but I like it now that I have become accustomed to the sensation and it feels pretty comfortable to wear. I wasn't aware how it worked when I bought it but it uses moving air pressure rather than massage 'prongs' so is safe on the eye sockets. It is very easy to use and even tells me when the battery is low. I am glad I got the version with the remote as I can peek at it when wearing the mask to change settings. It is otherwise the same as the basic model, which would have been absolutely fine too, as there are buttons on the mask with very slightly raised symbols denoting the function of each button. I purchased the mask on a whim as it was on offer but I am very glad that I did as it is one of the many things that help me with my disordered sleep.

All the fancy features are one thing, but we're here for the heat. To begin with I wasn't always getting the heat - with the movement it was inconsistent & letting air in, but without the movement there wasn't enough contact between my eyes and the warm part. But! I figured it out! The heat is there but it's in a specific spot rather across the whole surface. The place it sits most naturally on my cheekbones actually causes it to be a bit misaligned. But if I put it just a little lower, then bam! Sweet sweet heat. A little bit of a design flaw I would say, but perfectly remidieable. Sitting it a little lower isn't uncomfortable at all, just not where it naturally falls. It maybe pinches my nose a little but that's forgivable.As for the massage I've no idea if it's doing anything, and it's a mix of weird and pleasant, but that's what I signed on for when I got something fancier than was strictly necessary!

I love this and used it as soon as I charged it. It applies firm but not painful pressure and heat to your eyes. Super relaxing and comfortable. Very high quality item, yes it is a bit noisy but given what it is doing it is to be expected and isn’t intrusive. Music is repetitive but relaxing. How did I live without it before??

It's great...I've already recommended it to two people in the last week since I bought it. I bought it as a sleep aid and it seems to be working.

I liked a specific pattern of compressions more than others! so during the massage when that pattern comes I feel relaxed and some other patterns make me uncomfortable! I wish there should be an option to set the pattern of compressions you like!Music is heard by anyone sitting close to you!vibration and sound of pump is a bit loud!overall: works okay! sometimes when I was tired it helped me sleep! I have dried eyes so for some reason heat and massage seems to help a little with that! Don't know why

Something you didn't know you needed until you got it.Gives off lovely heat as the air bags inflate and deflate to massage around the eyes. The warmth is constant.I tend to fall asleep with the mask on so the 15 minute cut out is perfect.Highly recommend.

Disappointing product. The massage is uncomfortable, noisy and cheap quality speakers, and applies uneven pressure. Heat settings are poorly managed. Save your money and look elsewhere.
