MOLD ARMOR 64 oz. E-Z House Wash - Brick, Concrete, Trim & Siding Cleaner

Use this to clean my composite deck and vinyl railing. Did the cleaning process twice and used a regular hose spray nozzle to rinse it off. Would suggest wetting surface first then spraying with the cleaner. I used the jet setting to rinse the cleaner off and get the “set in gunk” off. Doing it twice worked great! Much easier on my back than using a pressure washer like I have in the past. Will be ordering more of the refill size to use on my other decks and siding!

I use this product every year to clean the Georgia red clay from the bricks on my front porch, and to remove the mildew and algae that always grows on them. It's the only thing I've found that works. Directions: Spray it on, let it sit, rinse it while using a push broom to remove the residue, then repeat the entire process again. Your porch will look great!

I was pretty stoked to get my hands on this MOLD ARMOR E-Z House Wash—my siding was starting to look like a science experiment gone wrong, and I needed a hero. And honestly, this stuff delivers! It blasted through the grime on my house like a champ, and the hose attachment made it easier than trying to herd my cats on bath day. My place looks sparkling clean now, and I didn’t even break a sweat. Four stars for the cleaning power, no question.But here’s the thing—when I opened the box, it was like the bottle had sprung a leak worse than my neighbor’s gossip. Half the product had spilled out, leaving my porch smelling like a chemical pool party. I get it, shipping can be rough, but come on, this thing was thirstier than I am after a Taco Tuesday margarita binge! I had to mop up the mess before I could even start cleaning my house, which kinda killed the vibe. If it weren’t for the leak, this would’ve been a solid five-star winner. Pack it better next time, folks—I’m not running a car wash.

We had mold on our siding, this product worked exactly as described. Took about 5 minutes to spray down the house and waited the 15 minutes to wash off but the majority of the stains were gone right away. The only downside was I could not reach the very top on my house but will be getting more product and going to try from a high vantage point.

Used as directed. Wet the house, applied the solution and waited 10 minutes. I forgot the before picture. With no scrubbing and just a simple hose nozzle the house came pretty clean. My siding is old and dried out and brittle so I was worried about scrubbing or using a pressure washer. The left side was clean with the solution and the front of the bay window is what it looked like on the left side.

For ease of use, cleaned fairly well. If this was maintained a couple times , you could probably get by with just using this product. Took one star off for areas I went over twice, and it didn’t touch it, the worst not pictured. Does smell pretty heavily, but wore a mask and eye protection and did fine. Didn’t have many plants to worry about, so can’t speak to how this product affects them.I took one star off for the amount of product needed. Needed a little over a bottle for each side of the house, and still wasn’t able to hit all the nooks and crannies. I still have to buy one more bottle to finish everything, so I don’t feel the square footage is accurate.Overall, pretty good for DIY soft wash, but you may need to put some elbow grease in for tough areas.

This stuff is miraculous! My 2 story house is lemon vinyl. Tuff to keep clean & I’ve invested thousands in pressure washer, ladder, and extension equipment. Even the best equipment couldn’t get it completely clean. Add to that my neighbor who doesn’t take care of his pool which helps algae to grow on my siding. I bought this because I had previously used the regular version on one side of my house with adequate results. This stuff…💥. I was in disbelief! Siding like new! Even stuck glue used by installers of my sliding patio door that would not come off by any means, machine or the regular stuff, was gone! Cleans it to the bone! House looks amazing and all I did was follow instructions! Don’t even need a ladder. Highly recommend for vinyl siding! Note: this product review is ONLY for the blue nozzle and cap that clearly states “down to the roots”. They tried to send me the lower strength stuff when I reordered and I sent it back having used it before.

The hose end sprayer and jug was the best part of the purchase.The product is junk, less sodium hypochlorite ( aka bleach) at 5.25 % than in over the counter full strength bleach 7.5% available anywhere.The product was gone in 300 sq ft, not the claimed 4500 sq ft.The company didn’t reply to my concerns.I used the jug and sprayer to finish the job. Just mix 7.5% grocery store household cleaner bleach and soap 80/20 and go to town.
