This self-filling ice pack is a game-changer for pain relief and recovery! Its unique design allows you to fill it easily with hot or cold water, eliminating the need for a freezer or microwave. This feature makes it incredibly convenient for on-the-go use or when you need immediate relief. The material is durable and leak-proof, so I never have to worry about spills, and it maintains the desired temperature for a surprisingly long time. The pack is also flexible when filled, making it easy to wrap around joints or sore muscles.I’ve used it for both hot and cold therapy, and it performs perfectly in either mode. Great little bag
I got the smallest size it was a great price and I wanted to use it for my bad migraines I get also my little daughter uses it for her knee its perfect for both of us I like that the size is big enough for our needs I tried it with ice and as it melts it didn’t leak it stays contained in the bag which is good and I also tried hot water because I like hot and cold therapy and it doesn’t leak im thinking its just the condensation makes it feel like it leaks but it’s not because it’s not leaking all over me just residue so I’m glad it works for both I would definitely most likely buy a bigger size if needed

Good quality, versatile hot water/ice bag.
First quality item. Good seal, keeps the heat for hours. Cap screws on easily. Flexible, will drape over area if needed. Good price point. Would recommend.

Fine for It's Purpose
Large opening allows ice cubes from the fridge automatic ice dispenser to fit easily. Fill it fuller than it appears at first for maximum cold. Only downside was that it began to "sweat" after an hour's use and became wet in a few places.

Perfect basic ice pack
First proper ice pack needed for a broken ankle, has so far been durable, no sweating through the material, and no leaks. I got the medium as recommended, and it targets the aching and swelling areas perfectly fine, and its light and fairly adjustable. Hoping it lasts a good long time, because so far Ive only used it with ice and would love to test hot water as well.

Ice packs
I ordered the 3 pack ice packs. I have been using the small one. It works perfectly for my hand. But what I love most is the material it’s made out of and the installation. It never gets wet on the outside, after long periods of time, and it doesn’t get too cold. Great product design!…..And they’re cute😊

Muck coloder than reusable ice paks
I had to rotator cuff surgeryThe reusable ice pack didn't make it cold enough keep it cold long enough to make it feel better. This absolutely did the job. It was much colder than reusable I would 100% recommend it even though it uses a lot of iceI mean a lot of ice. So stock up if possible but it was well worth it for the pain relief. I used the medium size one six or seven times a day for five or six days and now I'm using this small one for the spot relief which takes a lot less ice .Maybe a cup compared to 2 cups of ice for medium size.I would definitely recommend this for anyone having surgery that recommends putting ice on it for pain relief.1,000 times percent waterproof I didn't have any leakage from the bag or the cap. I had it in bed with me so I am definitely sure it didn't leakfor me it was 100% effective in relieving the pain. The picture is the 6" & 9" bags

Old-school, tried and true!
Exactly what I needed post-vasectomy. The old-school ice bags are working better than the fancy & way more expensive packs. Soft, flexible and watertight. Stays cold longer and easy to just add more ice when needed to the already frosty water. Wish I had skipped the more expensive alternatives. Will likely be purging all the assorted gel cold compresses from my freezer now. Recommend.
