Not perfect, but they work.
Design is not easily adjustable. It is a bit tough to get snug on your shoe. Seller was very responsive and helpful.

Helped me find out I didn't want to go clipless
I like many Cyclist fell for the Siren Song of more efficient pedal strokes, and the dreaded idea of lost efficiency. I however, do mainly long distance touring and commuting, so I am not looking for speed. I could not bring myself to pull the trigger on shoes, pedals, and adjustments of clipless riding (you know, click in shoes). I thought about it and said that these kind of straps should be a good approximation of clipless, so $10 later I gave them a try.The Good:They install and adjust easilyHold foot tight to pedalsThe Bad:If too loose the Velcro straps edge can fray from wear (not really a problem since you are looking for a good fit and that is a matter of taste. Also, two sets, so you got a backup).I gave them the old college try. Once you get used to getting your feet in the straps (flip in by rotating the pedal), they work good. You can get a good back lift and rotate over the top efficiently (if you are so inclined to focus on your pedal stroke that much). They were good for what they are designed for. That said, I had to get these things off. I found I wasn't using them, and they just hung there under my pedals scraping the ground, because like I said before I think I don't want to ride clipless. In touring, you stop often, take pictures and get off the bike. These straps were just one more thing to pay attention to in addition to map, mileage, direction, finding a good camping spot. So, I let the lost efficiency stay that way, Lost. If you want to know if you want to go clipless without an outlay of hundreds of dollars, try using these straps.

Pediatric Physical Therapist Must Read-Adaptive Trike Use
As a pediatric physical therapist I amALWAYS modifying things. I figured out how to use these straps for the tricycles and I anchor them with a strong piece of Velcro under the pedal. If needed, another piece of thin Velcro strip can also always be added to create a heel strap. Happy Pedaling!

Didn’t work
Like the concept but it didn’t work out. When installed it’s hard to get your foot in there and your foot most likely won’t stay in either.

Great for a child just learning to ride a bike
I bought this 2 pack for my daughter's bike at our house and at my inlaws. She was struggling to keep her feet on the bike pedals and in the right position so these help her do that. They can be hard to get through the bike pedals but with a screw driver and a pair of pliers I got them on!
