This pill box was purchased to be a travel replacement for the pill box I use at home. It met the criteria of being smaller and, most importantly, being secure in a suitcase or rucksack. It's great for that purpose. The tops on the sections snap shut and do not latch, so it is easy to pop them open; however, the case keeps the pills secure in transit. The compartments are small, and useful for small pills and capsules. If you have some bigger stuff, they are a bit tight.

Easy to use weekly pill carrier for AM and PM use. Great for traveling. Well made plastic container.

Lids remove for easy cleaning. Pocket included for travel so it doesn't spill. The chambers are pretty small but let you effectively split morning and evening pills. I like how small it is and how easy it is to open.

I have a few diseases I am fighting and have a LOT of pills to take at different times of the day.I have two sets of these pill organizer because they function so well.The covers are amazing! So smart! And these covers can flatten out a bit when stored, too. The small cover is perfect for when I am out and about. It keeps them from accidentally opening.The larger cover is great for my carry on bag. I don’t have to worry about them coming loose through TSA or anything. It was great to travel with.Easy to fill.

Easy to use. I like that it’s pretty compact and comes with its own case. The two different colors helps differentiate day and night. It’s well made and the lids stay closed well. Makes sorting a weeks worth of medications for day and night easy!

I had hoped this organizer would be what I needed. (I bought the small size, which was still capable of holding my morning and evening pills.) Unfortunately, after four weeks I noticed that the lettering had begun to rub off — and then, one week after the return period ended, one of the compartment doors tore nearly completely off when I opened it, even though I didn't use anything like excessive force. Sorry to say, it is very a poor quality product.*UPDATE* - on the plus side, the seller contacted me and extended a full refund of the purchase price, despite the return period having ended. I appreciated that they did the right thing and provided that level of customer service.

Wanna like it BUT the PM days of the week labels are backwards. Confusing to use.
