I’ve been using the Sennheiser Momentum True Wireless (MTW) earbuds for a while now, and I’m thoroughly impressed. The sound quality is absolutely top-tier — rich, balanced, and detailed across all frequencies. The bass is deep without being overwhelming, mids are crystal clear, and the highs are crisp. It's like having a premium concert experience in your ears. Comfort and fit are also excellent, even for extended listening sessions. The build quality feels premium and durable, and the sleek design adds to its appeal. Battery life is more than sufficient for my daily use, and the noise cancellation does a fantastic job of blocking out distractions. What truly stood out beyond the product was Sennheiser’s customer service. When I needed support, I reached out to their support team — they were incredibly professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful. It’s rare to find a brand that combines top-notch technology with equally impressive customer care, but Sennheiser has nailed it. Highly recommend both the MTW earbuds and the brand as a whole. The prices both on Amazon and on Sennheiser's site usually remain the same. However, the former ships from a third party seller instead of directly. I got a product that developed audio skipping issues within <2 weeks of purchasing it. I couldn't return it by then. I had barely used it within that time frame. I tried everything from pairing to a different phone, switching codecs and factory resetting it. The latter helped, but only for a day or two before the issue started again. I have had couple of other earbuds too, in the cheaper range, and they don't have any such issue. If I had not trusted Amazon and tested these earbuds as much as I could as soon as I got delivery, possibly, the defect would be detected much early within the return period. The sound quality, when it works, is flawless and better than any other TWS I have used. It supports AAC and aptX adaptive codecs[ though no support for LDAC codec which is Sony backed variant and present on their earphones ]. The app connects decently, though it will do a firmware update first, has features like 'Sound Zones' and an earfit test. The earphones fit quite snuggly in the ear without any chance of falling out. The case is slightly, on the heavy side but feels premium. The battery life is ~27 hrs without ANC. Their is somewhat fast charging support though the product doesn't exactly lists how much. It also has Qi charging support, though it's better to just charge via USB C cable since the former is slower relatively. All said and done, the buds is NOT the problem, but the manufacturer selling is. Also, Sennheiser has outsourced it's support to Sonova in India for support. So, the only way to get support for defective earphones is via courier service [no in person support].

I was disappointed when my device stopped working after a couple of years, but luckily, it was still under warranty. I like its multi-device connectivity, sound quality, and fit comfort. Thanks to the Sennheiser warranty from Sonova Consumer Hearing India, I received a new model. The upgrade process was straightforward; I created an RMA number, sent the device, and made a follow-up call. The customer service team responded promptly, and Vikash was particularly helpful in ensuring I received the new device smoothly.

Pros:- 1. Crisp and clear sound with heavy bass. 2. Had issues with ANC while on calls but turned out it was a software thing and latest firmware update have fixed the issue. 3. Battery life is amazing especially the case can charge buds three times. I haven't plugged them in last 4 days (Not a heavy user) 4. App is also good with more than enough customisation for a normal user. 5. Great for workouts, I do cardio exercises and with my other earbuds (Sony wf XM4), I used to constantly readjust them in between workouts but MTW 3s fit is so great I didn't have to do it even once. Cons:- 1. Case size is a bit big and they won't fit in your jean's condom pocket. 2. They have 7mm driver compared to airpods pro(11mm) they won't get super loud even at max volume. They're equally louder if not more than Sony's WF XM4 (6mm). I find 65%-70% volume to be the sweet spot.

15/06/2021 Before ordering I sent a question to the seller to give me reassurance regarding the product since Rs.7000 is not a small amount for everyone. They sent me an email saying that it will be inspected properly by professionals and only the packaging might be different from the original. I believed them and ordered. 16/06/2021 the delivery was on time and the product had the original packaging as well as all the accessories. I knew I had to charge the case, I let it charge for a little more than 1.5 hours. then the battery was full since it showed me the green light on it as soon as I plugged it out now I was excited to connect them and to my disappointment I found that the earbuds were dead. They would not charge and they would not turn on. No matter how long I try to tap and hold, the buds were non functional. I called amazon and they helped me set up a replacement. 17/06/2021 The replacement came early morning, which was great. I charged it and found that only one of beds turns on. The other was dead. My deepest gratitude to amazon customer support for initiating a return and refund the very next day. 18/06/2021 The Replacement was picked up in the morning again. And full refund was received the same day by afternoon. Conclusion: Renewed products are supposed to be inspected by professionals but I think in this case the seller 'Appario' is just clearing out their returned stock by sending it without any inspection and amazon is not doing anything about it because the refurbished/renewed market is not as popular in India so far. You can get lucky if you receive a unit that has been returned by a customer that changed his/her mind after getting it and did not keep it even when it was good and working fine. Basically, you need strong luck to get a working unit. If not, then a prime membership to get the refund/replacement service fast if not then maybe the patience of a saint.

Shape is fine. Looks good. Case is attractive. But for this price, the tuning of this earphone is average at best. Bass is muffled, so are the treble frequencies. It sounds impressive if one is just listening. But if one is paying attention to the notes, he/she would be disappointed with the clarity. Also, noise cancellation isn't at par with other leading brands. To summarize, it's a little expensive for a day to day use case earphone and from an audiophile perspective, it's very expensive.

These are truly amazing. Sennheiser doesn't disappoint when it comes to sound quality. Looks wise, it is stunning (own a black one). Battery seems good, although I don't use earphones for long. I had my earbuds dead not longer after purchase but swiftly addressed by Sennheiser (or Sonova) support. They the replaced the entire unit, no questions asked. Fit wise, it's not as comfortable as others. But that's subjective as everyone's ears are different. They don't fall though. You can sleep with them on.

They sound good, NC is average, CS is good. None of this helps if the product doesn't last and needs to be replaced every 6 months. Pretty sure this is the last Sennheiser bluetooth product I will be purchasing. History of my ordeal while using Sennheiser MTW3: - MTW3 Purchased: 10 April 2023 - MTW3 (1) - stopped worked in October 2023 (received replacement - October 2023) - MTW3 (2) - stopped worked in April 2024 (received replacement - June 2024) - MTW4 (3) - Stopped working in July 2024 - in less than a month (received replacement - August 2024) - MTW4 (4) - Received 12th August 2024 I have gone through 3 products within 1.5 years, there is a serious fault with Sennheiser products (check forums as well). Please heed caution before purchasing a Sennheiser product.
