Before I ordered this, I searched information and this was one of suggested olive oils. I take one table spoon every morning. Taste is nice and I feel this is fresh and nice quality.

Enjoyed the garlic infusión, especially rubbed on pork ribs with other spives before roasting. This oil makes good salad when combined with good vinegar.

For a premium priced EVOO with such high ratings, I must admit disappointment with the quality of the product. Specifically the taste profile, a flat finish with not much pepperiness that I come to expect from other Greek high polyphenol EVOO's that I have tried.
