I recently switched my kids to Boka Fluoride-Free Kids Toothpaste in the strawberry flavor, and it’s been a massive hit. As a parent trying to find a safe, effective, fluoride-free option that doesn't cause a fight every morning, this is a game-changer. The strawberry flavor is genuinely great; it smells and tastes authentic, not artificial or overly sweet, which my picky eaters immediately approved of. They actually look forward to brushing now! I love the "nano-hydroxyapatite" ingredient—it remineralizes teeth just as effectively as fluoride, but it's completely safe if swallowed, which gives me huge peace of mind with younger kids. The texture is a smooth paste, not a weird gel. It foams up nicely, cleans effectively, and their little teeth feel super clean and look shiny. The packaging is simple, and the tube is easy for little hands to squeeze. Overall, it's a fantastic, worry-free toothpaste that the kids genuinely enjoy using!

This review is pretty much the same as the one I wrote for the Boka Coco Ginger. Boka Toothpaste is just that good. I've been using the Japanese brand Apagard Premio toothpaste for a couple of years now and recently I noticed this Boka toothpaste while looking for alternatives that wold be less costly. I've been using this toothpaste since the end of May, 2025. I wish they would sell it in larger tubes. Boka Toothpaste is very mild and makes brushing your teeth better. It doesn't have that harsh mint flavor which with most toothpastes feels like it's burning your mouth. It comes in multiple flavors and when you're done brushing your teeth, there is no need to rinse your mouth as it is a safe toothpaste to use. After having used it for a few days, I decided that I will keep using the Boka brand from now on. I just wish that most stores would carry this toothpaste instead pf selling all those major brands which are full of fluoride. Did a bit of research and found that Boka Toothpaste has the same percentage of nano-hydroxyapatite as Apagard Premio which is 10%. So that means that Boka Toothpaste is just as good if not better. No Fluoride No Harsh burning Mint Flavor Safe to shallow Multiple flavors 10% nano-hydroxyapatite Keeps your teeth Strong And one thing I've noticed is nano-hydroxyapatite makes your teeth less sensitive by rebuilding your tooth enamel I ordered four flavors, Watermelon Mint, Strawberry Mango, Orange Cream and Coco Ginger. So far, I've tried the Coco Ginger and I was surprised at how mild it was and it didn't have the sharp taste that ginger usually has. It is good and I enjoy it. I also tried the Orange Cream which was good. I'm looking forward to trying the other flavors. The Orange Cream I'm sure my wife will like if I can get her to try it. But she can be very stubborn at times. I see there are some other flavors which I intend to try such as the Cinnamint, Cucumber Dill, Lemon Lavender and Strawberry Basil. Not sure if I should try the Ela Mint as I don't know how strong or mild the mint will be. I'm sure that if places such as Walmart brick & mortar stores sold this toothpaste, that it would sell really well.

Woah. I have been looking for a flouride free toothpaste for my munchkins bc they always are swallowing it and flouride is so toxic. I changed from Hello Brand, which they loved, but I heard some recall stuff about Hello and decided to go more natural. HOLY MOLY. After 2-3 days- my kids teeth were BOTH noticeably WHITE. I mean, WHITE. I didn’t even realize they weren’t as white as they could be. They love the taste, and it foams up, but not too much where it’s everywhere. FANTASTIC product! I am actually going to switch over to this brand too! Finally a great toothpaste! Fresh breath, clean, little pricey, but well worth it!

I bought this Boka fluoride-free toothpaste with nano hydroxyapatite for my kids, and we already see a difference. Their teeth look smoother and a bit brighter, and they don’t complain about sensitivity with cold food anymore. The taste is very mild, not “spicy,” so they actually like brushing now and don’t fight it. I also feel better knowing it’s fluoride-free but still helps protect and strengthen their enamel. Overall, a great option for children’s daily use.

Best toothpaste I've ever used. Tastes great, no canker sores, feels clean. Although I'm surprised this is for kids, it's darn near impossible to open and I cut my little fingers on it every time. The lid is so SHARP. Very dangerous. Great for me, not for kids probably.

This product stands out against the rest! Its one of the best quality for the cost toothcare pastes on the market today. The flavor is delicious and you are safe! eating it. It is meant to be health using natural things our body knows. The ingredients are great with the hydroxyapatite replacing the very harsh fluoride that is bad for health in other brands. My teeth feel super clean after using this product and my breath smells better too.

As an adult with sensory issues and a severe hatred of mint, this has been a game changer. I tried most of the kids toothpaste you can find easily in stores, but those never feel like they get my teeth clean enough. A friend at work recommended this toothpaste and from the second I tried it, oral health became so much easier. I havent been able to be this consistent with twice a day brushing in years. My mouth feels and stays feeling clean, I dont hate every second of brushing and my teeth are already less sensitive. The packaging is good quality and cute, and while it is a bit expensive for the amount that you get, I feel like the quality is well worth it. This will be my new go too, and im sure my dentist will be pleasantly suprised at my next visit!

I was looking for a healthier option of toothpaste. This brand was recommended by my dental hygienist. It has a good flavor and cleans my teeth well. It leaves you with fresh breath and is a great product for the money.
