Should have bought one years ago. Chicken breast cooks to a perfect texture and full flavoured. If you enjoy steak well, this method using the Wancle which keeps the pot/water container to a constant temperature, delivers the ultimate pleasure. Perfectly cooked, just sear after the bath!

Works excellently to make super yoghurt. Keeps temperature steady.

Setting buttons could be much easier but apart from that it's pretty good. Cooking quality is very good.

Terrible. Lucky I didn't take the whole family out the game. It jumps temperature, from 64, 69, 74, all in the space of 10 seconds whilst set to 65. Checked the water with a probe and nowhere near what it is supposed to be. It's only for one job and can't do it. If you are buying one of these because you want to cook at a consistent, specific temperature then you will be very disappointed.

Easy to use and reliable, but I wish the clip could be extended slightly further so I can clamp it to thicker materials. The meat is always as delicious.
