Came in a cardboard box with some bubble wrap and protection the charger is very fast but does get a little bit hot it's a very fast phone and the cameras are very good the screen is amazing and the battery life is very long I could be using it for 2 days and it would not die it does not get scratch easily but it is very prone to fingerprints and for an ultra at such a low price it is amazing it functions fast and efficiently and it never gives me any problems and opens apps quicker than I can blink its ver simple and straightforward to use unlike iPhones so I'm happy with my choice

The phone arrived on time but poorly packed needed a much smaller box.The phone is immaculate not a scratch, dent or mark on it.The battery is excellent lasts all day long .The MIME checks out,it done a software update,I ran a virus scan which picked up no spies on the phone.The phone is like a brand new phone,runs smoothly and is quick,it transfered all data from my old my phone quickly,the camera works 100% takes stunning photos so many settings to use for camera, the S pen is genuine works lovely fits in the bottom of the phone.All settings are on the phone,I really can not fault this phone I'm so very happy so far with it,if it continues to run with no problems I will always buy from this seller and recommend him to friends and family,Thank you seller .

Bought phone next day deliverry(27th) with amazon prime. It Was for me really important because was my son birthday. Than deliverry changed on 28th....my son was really unhappy 🙁 so we move party on Sunday...start the phone and notice something is wrong with screen...switch on camera and we was shocked...phone fully tested exelent condition ..just check photo...tried everything factory settings ect....s seller didynt want refund! Until amazon step in....then he said no problem I will refund absolutely joke

Absolutely over the moon with the phone, considering its refurbished it didn't have a mark on it. Already had a screen protector on it. The S pen works beautifully. However it didn't come with a box (as expected with it being refurbished I guess) and the charger that came with it wasn't supported. So I had to buy a more powerful one. But other than the charger really, the device I'm very very pleased with.

Has a couple of small scratches, I would maybe have rated it 'very good' rather than 'excellent' but not much of a deal. Works perfect after having it two weeks, camera, fingerprint scanner, sound, all perfect. Very happy and a great phone.

A great buy at a great price. Refurbished to a "good as new" state and at a lower price than so-called leading refurbishers. Delivery was fast in good quality packaging. The freebie transparent protective case was a pleaant surprise and much appreciated. A very small niggle - it would have been preferable to have a C to C charging cable to provide that option in Smart Switch

The phone was delivered a day earlier than expected with all accessories and a free case included. The phone was in pristine almost brand new condition with not a single scratch or mark. Would recommend to anyone looking for a new phone.
