Tremendously comfortable and versatile. Slides nicely out of the way when sitting. Works nicely with an exercise ball too. Can sit on the ball with the Ergohead as a base... no need to move it. Want to change things up? Turn it around and it's a whole new mat.I've used it for a few weeks and there is no sign of wear.

I have lower back issues and found other, more expensive ergo mats did not provide the quality of the Ergohead mat. I can stand more often and long on this mat. In addition to the greater cushioning, I can change positions and reduce stress. So far, really like this mat and recommend it.

This item is great, makes me do little foot stretches, and very comfortable, I now stand at my desk 80% of the day!

Pros: I liked the 3D aspects of the mat (you can put your heel on the bump for extra support), and that it slid on the floor easily when I wanted to move it.Cons: INTENSE off-gassing for at least a week (I returned it after a week, I don't know how long it would smell bad after this). Also, the thinner foam does not provide much bounce or resistance.I ended up getting a wellnessmat after standing on one at a Williams Sonoma. It doesn't smell but I wish it had the bumps like this one.

I received this as a Christmas gift and it is amazing. The pain and fatigue from standing in my legs ad feet has ceased and I can stand much longer without pain at my Veridesk. So comfortable and love the thick cushioning!!

After 6 months of use, I am extremely satisfied with this mat. I purchased a standing desk and discovered immediately that I needed a mat to feel really comfortable. This mat is perfect. It slides very easily under my desk with no effort at all. I like being able to rock on the edges for different positioning. It first seemed expensive for a piece of rubber/plastic that lays on the floor, but now I see it's true benefits.

It's nice but squeaks when you adjust your stance. Seems especially loud in my quiet office.

Just received this yesterday and standing on it now....I LOVE IT....my standing desk and this mat have made my back and feet feel young again....highly recommend it to all....
