This product works awesome for my skin. I am 54 and people think I’m still in my 30’s. So I don’t have any wrinkles or sagging/jowls skin. My skin is fair and I can get redness around my nose area. I live in AZ so it gets very dry. I’ve had a hard time using actives on my skin and keeping a healthy skin barrier at the same time. . This retinol alternative has become my best friend. I use the serum too. I also mix the cream with a few drops of the Herbivore Orchid oil,Emerald oil or Phoenix oil. Totally amps up the hydration for me!!

I have extremely sensitive skin and struggled with cystic acne on my cheeks since I was about 16 years old. Now that I'm in my 20s, I'm old enough to use retinol, but my skin gets flaky and dry extremely easily with regular application. This cream has a nice, slight exfoliating effect when my skin needs a break from harsher chemicals. It's super moisturizing and gentle. You can also use it in the mornings and at night, as well as mix it with vitamin C, unlike most retinoids.

After washing my face using a two step method with first using an oil cleanser to remove makeup and then going into my face wash, this is the first thing I apply to my skin after patting my face dry. I use 3 pumps, apply to my entire face and neck and then I use a derma roller after applying to push and massage all the product into my skin. I’ll let that sit for about 10-15 mins before applying following serums I’m alternating between and then apply my moisturizer as my last step. I’ve been through 3 bottles at this point. There was a period between bottle 2 and 3 where I lapsed in repurchasing and my skin started looking tired, dull, noticeably less firm and my forehead lines and under eyes became more pronounced. I knew I needed to repurchase and within a week all those things were rectified. It’s not harsh, smells amazing, feels great to apply, and works wonders. It’s a staple in my skincare. If you don’t tolerate retinoids or don’t want leap into that realm, get this product instead. It works, it’s worth the price, it’s amazing.
