Good quality clamp and was a perfect fit for the adapter to attach the Flowmaster 40 muffler to the 2005 Chevy Silverado 4.8 L existing exhaust after the catalytic converter.

Work perfectly for my exhaust slip joint. Tightened to about 30 ft-lbs. no leak or rattling now!

If you use stainless pipe. These clamps are a must. The others are weak. They strip,crumple or break trying to seal

These SS 3in clamps are very good quality, heavy duty u-bolts and serrated flange nuts that bite and hold well, I have built many of my own exhaust systems, these went on a custom 3in exhaust for a cummins 4bt and used these clamps with custom hanger brackets... half the price for the same size ss clamp at napa... fun fact; you must use anti-seize compound with ss nuts and bolts, otherwise galling can occur, also I never use impact tools on ss fasteners, removal is ok as long as anti-seize was applied on initial install...
