I love raw pistachios. I think roasting and salting takes away the natural flavor and the sweetness. I was skeptical about buying a large bag but these pistachios were very fresh and pretty large in size. Superior quality. I will buy again.

I have bought these before because they are very tasty and fresh. I thought the value was good since they are grown in the USA which I feel has better standards for consumers. I get unsalted and they are clean.

These pistachios always have good taste, texture, and color. They are not too soft or hard. They always seem to be relatively fresh, although I'm not an expert in that category. These are the only raw shelled unsalted pistachios I can find, and the price is fair. They're an excellent addition to my daily diet.
