It's a nice way to reference the nutrient counts of the foods you eat. It tells you some groups in "cups". I don't know about you, but I can stuff a whole lot into a cup. To be precise, it should be in ounces or grams. Meats are in ounces but not specified cooked or not. This chart is a good reference if you want a general idea. For my keto diet, I still need much better precise counts. It will stay on the fridge unless I find a better one.
