I’m an herbalist, so I normally compound a lot of my own formulas, but when I found this, I was pleasantly amazed at the variety, and all the herbs and more and that I was going to create for myself and my father. I’m sold! This is said to balance all your dosha’s at once which, if you know anything about Ayruveda, that is very important to have healthy Dosha’s. I highly recommend this blend for your best health and well-being. I have felt nothing but great since I have been taking this which is close to three months now. Only one capsule a day.

I’m a big believer in Ayurvedic herbs. I was taking the powders individually I probably should take extra Trifala powder. I find it so much easier to have it ALL in one capsule. It’s easier to be consistent with one pill a day. I have noticed that my immunity is good and I’m not as fatigue and not as much joint pain. I think that’s very important that you have a good herbal supplement for Overall, good health. I think it’s very important as we age.

I bought these to help my mood and possibly my Non-Hodgkins Lymphoma. After taking these for a week I started to experience breast pain and spotting. I am over 2 years postmenopausal! Very weird. Stopped taking them. Do not recommend.
