This works so good!!! Whenever I wake up in the early hours of the morning I just take a dose of this and I’m asleep shortly after. Most beneficial but the flavor is kind of funky.

This just wasn't for me. I took the recommended amount and I was really out of it. To get up to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night I was staggering and just not awake enough. I tried less which was just ok. It will help you sleep no doubt but I am afraid to use it. I liked that it was a more natural choice for sleep but wow!
