This device was exactly what we were looking for for our elderly family member who lives with us. It not only has a loud enough doorbell sound for alerting us at night (and the chime doesn't startle us awake so badly as the previous one), but it also notifies our phone on the app if she needs help and we are out of the house. We can have other family members download the app and get notifications too just in case we aren't available. The instructions aren't the best, but it was easy enough to figure out how to set up. Just note, you can only pair the button with one only app account, so if multiple people need to be notified on the app, they all need to log into the same account. EDIT: Downsides: 1) the button is pretty sensitive, so we get a LOT of false alarms when it knocks against a counter or something. It would help if the button was a little less sensitive, if the lanyard was adjustable, or if there was a wristband option. 2) the shape of the plug in chime is large and bulbous which sort of covers the other plug in the outlet. It's annoying because only certain things with small plugs can share an outlet with it. 3) you stop getting phone notifications if you don't actively log in to the app for a while. I only noticed it by chance, otherwise we would have never known we need to log in. Small inconveniences so I still give it 5 stars after a year.

Funciona súper bien. Mi casa son dos plantas y la baja tiene muros antiguos súper anchos que no llega la cobertura y este aparato funciona a la perfección. No he probado la aplicación móvil, pero el botón y el timbre van genial

ha funcionado muy bien, sobretodo el timbre, es inmediato, para la app fue un poco complicado, pero alfinal lo logramos, la alerta llega unos 30segundos mas tarde

Best emergency device!! My brother and I bought this because my mom kept falling and we have tried so many other emergency call devices. But had too many issues with all of them. My brother lives with my mother and the unit that plugs into the wall works wonderfully! And so does the alarm we set up to go off on my cell phone while I'm across town. Both have worked great and have saved my mom from being all alone after 3 falls already. The only problem is we have tried and tried over and over to use the SHARE feature to my brothers cell phone from mine and just cannot get it too work. The instructions are obviously written about more than just this model because it mentions things that don't apply to this one. I'm hoping to have a good review to add to this after I contact customer support. I would still VERY much recommend this system. 8/19/22-UPDATE: Now neither mine or my brothers phone will receive alarm when my mom pushes the button. We have troubleshot a lot and contacted customer service several times. They are always quick to respond, so I am happy about that. But we are doing everything recommended and still cannot get our phones connected. Although the plug in device in the house is still working fine.
