I Almost Gave Up
There were two integral pieces missing, which I did not realize until almost finished the project. I was ready to take it apart, throw the pieces in the box and return it. But I had already invested significant time into it and the entire contents of my closet was on my sofa. Not expecting a response from the seller, I sent an angry email asking for the two pieces. Within a couple of hours I received a return email promising to send the missing parts. Sure ... Well, they didn't arrive, but when I again inquired, they had apparently been trying to contact me by phone. In the end, they made it right, sent the parts via FedEx and my closet is finished. Good value for the money, sturdy, efficient, and quite ingenius.

Customizable
You can customize where you put the shelves which is awesome. Adult clothes are too long for the shelves on the bottom to be of any use, so I definitely recommend putting them on the top. The unit is pretty sturdy (even without securing to the wall) and was easy to put together by myself. Would definitely buy again.

Great clothing racks
I love these racks! Our closet is too small for my “collection” and I needed sturdy racks to put all of my clothes on. It is easy to assemble, you can change the layout or where you want the bars/shelves to be. I have two, the V5 and the V2S. Both fit a lot of clothes and don’t move!

If you dont have closet space
Buy this. I moved into an older home that lacks closet space. Assembly was quick and easy. It is possible to configure it in different ways. I bought it for my other half and she loves it. I am considering buying more for the other bedrooms. It is sturdy and efficient. Directions were clear and easy to follow. Other brands could learn from this company. I wish more items that required assembly were this good.

Great creative solution!
I currently live in Studio that was advertised without a closet. I loved but the space but the closet thing would be an issue for me because I love clothes. I found this on Amazon and it changed the game! I don’t mind having everything visual and could even organize by color to make it more aesthetically pleasing. Decently simple assembly and maximizes space! Win win!
