I stopped working on cars years ago, but needed new punches for a one off shifter install. These worked great and the hammer is a great thing to include.

Putting together my first AR and this kit worked well to set & extract pins. The smaller steel pins helped with the buffer tube pin, the thicker pins i used to set the painful extractor spring for the front take down to compress the spring before inserting the takedown pin, also helped set the trigger control group before inserting the pin. The block was upgraded and was useful to hold items with the built in magnet & multiple cups. Well worth the money and good quality for my needs.

Great product. Works great for me with all my AR-15 builds. No problems with any of the punches breaking or bending. Punches are delicate instruments and should be treated as such.

Kit arrived promptly, and was exactly as advertised. Unlike a lot of tool kits I've had over the years, the latches on the blow molded case actually latch well. The tools themselves aren't industrial grade, but more than enough for hobby work. But I certainly did not expect industrial grade at this price. Just take some care when using the fine punches, they'll bend easily. This isn't grade 8 stuff! But more than meets my needs.

Arrived on time. I have an Xds 9 that had mag release issues. These push pins did the job. While they're not the most expensive set, the quality is decent for what it is. I'd purchase again if I needed to.
